[報告簡介]

     外泌體是一類直徑約30-150 nm的細胞外囊泡，可攜帶RNA，DNA，蛋白質(zhì)、等多種信號分子，是一種新型的細胞間信號傳遞的媒介。在疾病的發(fā)生、診斷和治療中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。但是對于外泌體進行分析的手段卻非常有限，尤其是在單個外泌體的表征的分析以外泌體內(nèi)容物分析方面更加缺乏。美國NanoView Biosciences推出的全自動外泌體熒光檢測分析系統(tǒng)—ExoView R200，采用了全新的SP-IRIS技術(shù)，實現(xiàn)了對單個外泌體的全面表征，包括了外泌體的熒光成像、亞群粒徑檢測、計數(shù)、內(nèi)容物分析、蛋白共定位等。短短三年，在全世界范圍內(nèi)已有100多家實驗室采用該設(shè)備，發(fā)表SCI近200篇，尤其在2022年使用Exoview在高水平期刊《Journal of Extracellular Vesicle》發(fā)表的文章已達到9篇！

     2021年，Quantum Design中國子公司將Exoview R200引入中國，為國內(nèi)科研工作者提供了多層次和全面的外泌體表征解決方案，同時也被生物通評為“2021生命科學(xué)十大創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品”。 短短兩年時間，國內(nèi)已經(jīng)有多個單位使用全自動外泌體熒光檢測分析系統(tǒng)發(fā)表高水平文章。

[主講人介紹]

李寧，藥理學(xué)碩士，畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)。主要研究方向為生物制藥研發(fā)和高通量檢測。現(xiàn)任Quantum Design中國子公司產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理，主要負責(zé)全自動外泌體熒光檢測分析系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用開發(fā)、技術(shù)溝通及市場拓展的工作。
